Hosted publication

Publish an immutable object.

Choose local bytes or a public HTTPS URL, then describe what they contain and how they were generated. Common mesh, point-cloud, and Gaussian-splat extensions—including OBJ, FBX, PLY, SPLAT, and SPZ—fill editable representation defaults automatically. ASO inspects, hashes, stores, and indexes one exact version; existing versions cannot be overwritten.

1. Identify this version

The object ID stays stable. Increment the version whenever bytes or reproducibility metadata change; published versions cannot be overwritten.

2. Describe how it was generated

Keep product-specific settings as reproducibility metadata. For example, use the implementation version for TripoSplatWebGPU and parameters for random seeds or convergence weights.

3. Choose the bytes

Choose one source. Selecting a file or entering a URL clears the other source. Common mesh, point-cloud, and Gaussian-splat extensions fill editable representation suggestions. Maximum size: 100 MiB.

4. Check the representation

Type describes content; format describes encoding. PLY can contain a point cloud, mesh, or Gaussian splat, so verify editable suggestions. Only GLB/glTF are structurally inspected and previewable today; other formats remain integrity-verified downloads.
